1987 - The Company was incorporated on 12th May, in the name of Associated Grills and Profiles Ltd, with the Registrar of Companies, (R.O.C.) Maharashtra with main object to manufacture aluminium grills, sections, railing, etc. The Company's main product aluminium grills, which is jointly promoted with HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LTD is sold under brand name "DECOGRILLE', is now well accepted in the market. The installed capacity of the present plant at Daman is 240 M.T. p.a. 1994 - The name of the Company was changed to Associated Profiles & Aluminium Ltd and a fresh certificate of incorporation to that effect was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on 13th December. The Company's new unit at Silvassa, HIND ALUMINIUM, which manufactures EC Grade Wire Rods and All Alloy Aluminium Rods (AAAR) achieved a production level of 6930.38 MT as compared to 1324.87 MT in the previous year. The Company has been awarded ISO-9002 certification for the grill and fabrication division. The Company is the first Aluminium Grills manufacturing Company in India. Products:
