ASAL (Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd.) India, is an experienced and large manufacturer of a range of sheet metal components and assemblies for the country's automotive industry. They are the people who know the art & science of manufacturing sheet metal component & assemblies. Started in 1990, the company became a joint venture involving the Tata Group's Tata AutoComp (TACO) Systems Limited in 1997. Since 2000 ASAL is entirely managed by TACO, with over 80% equity participation.
