In 2002, after implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement for demerger of the Gasket business to the new company - Victor Gaskets India Limited - the erstwhile Perfect Circle Victor Limited has been operating as 'Perfect Circle India Limited'. The Company's manufacturing facilities, located in Nashik in the state of Maharashtra, consist of a Casting Plant and a Piston Ring Machining Plant, with a dedicated state-of-the-art line for two and three-wheelers. Certified for both QS 9000 and ISO 9002, the Company was the first in India in its product category to receive the ISO certification as far back as 1993.
