However we can construe that the company was incorporated in the early 1960s from the fact that the company held its 31st Annual General Meeting in September 1993. Activities: The activities of the company mainly revolves around the manufacturing of Caustic Soda, Chlorine,Hydrochloric Acid,Sodium Hydrosulphite, Sulphur Di Oxide and Sulphuric Acid. The Sodium Hydrosulphite plant could not be run because of uneconomical market conditions. The position of this plant's machines and stores is yet to be ascertained.
