1985 - The Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 13th March, in the name of Appu Industries Pvt. Ltd. under the Companies Act, 1956 and Company as such became a Public Limited Company within the meaning of Section 3(1)(iv) of the Act. 1993 The name of the Company was changed to Appu Industries Ltd. on and from October 19th, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued to that effect. The Company provides industry relevant courses both for professionals and students. It is the largest franchisee of Computer Point Ltd.
