Under Patni ESOP 2003, the Compensation Committee of Directors has allotted 1,53,650 equity shares to resident as well as non resident employees. Since these shares are allotted on September 30, 2005 listing is pending for the same. Out of this 1,53,650 shares, 1,48,850 equity shares are allotted to resident employees and the balance 4,800 equity shares to the NRI employees .
