The company was incorporated as Minal Electra Tools Pvt. Ltd. on January 11, 1988 vide incoirporation certificate no.04-10259, under the companies act, 1956. Subsequently it was converted into public limited company on 30th September 1993, under the name of Minal Electra Tools Limited. The name of the company was changed to Minal Engineering Limited on 29h October 1993. The company is an existing profit making and dividend paying company engaged in the manufacture of high precision dies, moulds, tools and engineering components, on job work basis and wth own material.
