Since entertainment is among the fastest moving consumer 'goods', the company functions like a FMCG company for its marketing, process management and distribution functions. Before green lighting any project, an extensive review is carried out by heads of production, finance, and creative. During budgeting, the entire film is divided into schedules, ideally two and a half schedules. The half schedule is of 7 days where the management checks everything from the pace of the actors, to how the plan is flowing, and if the production is organised.
