In 1994 ACTION acquired membership of National Stock Exchange. In 1995 ACTIONs’ Public issue of Equity Shares of Rs.21.705 million was oversubscribed by 20 times. ACTION also launched ATOM - Portfolio Management Scheme for Small Investors. In 1995 ACTION acquired membership of Bangalore Stock Exchange. In 1997 ACTION took over the running BSE Stock Broking business of M/s Milan R. Parekh (M/sMilan Parekh has been a member of BSE since 1986). In 1997 ACTION also became one of the first Broker-Depository Participant of NSDL.
