by a group of companies including MRF Limited, OEN India Limited, Malayalam Manorama Company
Limited. Its line of business involves equipment leasing, hire purchase investment and credit
factor. Industrial Venture capital is the only subsidiary of the company. Being an NBFC the
company is governed by RBI rules. Recent Development: Due to the credit squeeze introduced by the Banks and financial Institutions
in the recent past the company expects a reasonable growth in Leasing and Hire Purchase business.
Also the recent Industrial policy introduced by the Government is likely to promote industrial
growth in many Industrial sectors which will accelerate funding opportunities of financial
