The Company was Incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 19th February 1990 in the name of Kosiwala Financial Consultants (P) Ltd. under the Companies Act 1956. It became a Public Limited Company by passing a special resolution on 31st March, 1994 and subsequently changed it's name to KOSlAN FINANCE LIMITED with effect from 15th April, 1994. The Company has already established the required infrastructure and necessary facilities for the work of Registrars & Share Transfer Agents. The total cost involved in the set up of Registrars & Share Transfer Agents is estimated at Rs. 30 Lakhs for which the Company has already a Term Loan sanction of Rs. 20 Lakhs and Rs. 10 Lakhs has been contributed by the promoters. The Company has already acquired Office Premises and other infrastructure facilities. Besides this, the Company is engaged in a host of financial services activities as under: Project Advisory Services, Merchant Banking, and Loan Syndication/Bill Discounting. Services:
