Doogar & Associates Limited (D & A) was orignially incorporated as Green Dot Consultants Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956, on 23rd October, 1986. The name of the Company was subsequently changed to Doogar & Associates Private Limited on 11th March, 1991. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 4th May, 1992. The company is head quartered at New converted into a Public Limited Company on 4th May, 1992. The company is head quartered at New Delhi and has a branch office at Ahmedabad and a representative office at Bombay. The Company undertook Merchant Banking Activiies under Category III, from 29th May, 1991. With effect from 1st June, 1993, the Company became a Category I Merchant Banker. The project consultancy services being offered by the Company include preparation of project feasibility reports, techno-economic reports, preparation of loan applications, selection of institutions and banks, assistance in appraisal, sanctions and disbursement of loans and all other assistance incidental to setting up of projects.
