The Oilfield service Division entered the high technology area of offshore drilling in the year 1988 by winning long term contract for 2 offshore Jackup rigs from ONGCL-the largest oil & Gas exploration & production company in India. Over the years the company has continuously operated 2-4 rigs and grown from strength to strength winning prestigious contracts and awards for both safety and excellence in service. JDIL has two main division: Drilling Divison, Casing Divison.
