Incorporated in 1938. The Sirpur Paper Mills Limited is an integrated paper manufacturing Company.Its product output comprises writing and printing paper, typewriting paper, duplicating paper, creamwove, maplitho, ledger, bank, account book paper, bond, parchment, fancy wrapping, pastel paper, industrial kraft, base paper for coated paper, duplex board and triplex board.
Sirpur's Products are sold across India through a network comprising six depots and over 50 wholesalers. Its output is also sold in countries like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, UAE, Nepal, Malaysia, South Africa, Singapore, Nigeria and Mauritius.
Sirpur's manufacturing facility is located in Sirpur-Kaghaznagar(Andhra Pradesh) and has an istalled capacity of 83,550 MT per annum. Following the commissioning of an additional paper machine, the capacity will increase to 1,38,300 MT per annum. The Company's registered office is located in Hyderabad and corporate office in Delhi.
Sirpur reported a gross turnover of Rs. 254.29 cr, while its post-tax profit stood at Rs.14.10 crin 2004-05. The Company enjoyed a market capitalisation of Rs.87.70 cr(as on 31st March 2005, BSE) and its shares were actively traded on the Bombay and the National Stock Exchanges.
