by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Bulk drugs Division of KOPRAN LIMITED at Khopoli
was demerged and merged into KDL BIOTECH LTD. with effect from the Appointed date 1st January
1998 pursuant to Order u/s 391 to 394 of Companies Act by Hon'ble High Court at Mumbai. The
Company is now a Joint Venture between PARIJAT ENTERPRISE AND SYNPAC PHARMACEUTICALS LTD.,
