In December 2000 Marksans Pharma Ltd. opened its eye soon to attain maturity and emerge as a separate entity in March 2003 making its presence felt in the pharmaceutical world. Marksans Pharma Ltd. has set up a State of the art formulation plant at Goa as per the USFDA guidelines with a built up area of over 18,000 sq. metres. The ultra modern facility is specialised in solid oral dosage form (soft gelatin capsules, tablets, hard gelatin capsules). Besides statutory inspection visits by local Drug Authorities and by a team of WHO Officials, MPL regularly plays host to delegations from various countries visiting the Plant for registration of products. Every inspection revalidates the emphasis that MPL has always placed on Quality Assurance.
