Metalman is an ISO 9001:2000 registered firm certified by DET NORSKE VERITAS of the Netherlands (who are accredited by RvA) for manufacture and supply of Cold Rolled Steel Sheets / Strips / coils, Cold Rolled Galvanised plain steel Sheets / Strips / Coils and Corrugated steel Sheets. They also manufacture black and galvanised pipes, precision tubes and hollow sections and have manufacturing facilities situated at various locations in India.
The company which was incorporated as a Private Limited Company, was converted into a public limited company on 26th May 1986. Precision Tubes and Hollow Sections were then added to the product range, in the production facilites at Indore Plant. New manufacturing facilites were established at Pithampur Works to produce Cold Rolled Sheets and Coils and Galvanised Plain and Corrugated Sheets. The name of the company was changed from Metalman Pipe Manufacturing Company Limited, to Metalman Industries Limited with effect from 16th January 1996. The company is currently exporting its products all over the world and is determined to become a global player in Steel.
