PSL Limited is India's largest manufacturer of high-grade large diameter (18-120 inches)Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW)pipes for oil,gas and water transmission as well as structural and pilling applications for the onshore and off shore sector, manufacturing from five centers within India located at Chennai, Varsana/Kandla, Daman, Vizag and Ahmedabad. The company entails the expension and relocation of PSL's HSAW pipe manufacturing capacity, and development of pipe bending and coating plants and will involve the expension of manufacturing at Varsana , Kandla, Daman and Vizag, and development of new facilities at Jaipur and Pipavav. In addition to pipe manufacturing and coating, PSL also has an iron ore mine in Rajastan state.
