Faze Three Exports was incorporated in 1985. The company is promoted and managed by Ajay Anand. The main Business Profile of Faze Three Exports is readymade garments.The company`s plants are located in Panipat in Hariyana and Dadra in Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The company exports garments to Japan, UK, North America and Europe. The company proposes to set up an art plan in Goa. However, in FY97, due to some procedural delays, the company shifted the venue to Silvassa (Gujarat) which provided certain backward area benefits. Recent Developments: In FY99, the company proposed to hive off of the Autofab Division of the Company at Dadra , manufacturing unit with Aunde Faze Three Autofab Ltd. (JV between Faze Three Exports Limited and Aunde Achter & Ebels GmbH). However, the hive off was completed consequent to the approval of the Scheme of Arrangement by the Bombay High Cour vide its Order dated 21st March, 2000. As per the Scheme of Arrangement for the demerger of the Autofab Division, the shareholders of Faze Three Exports Limited are entitled to Three shares of Aunde Faze Three Autofab Limited for every Two shares held by them in Faze Three Exports Limited. In FY00, the company extended the Accounting Year of the Company by three months i.e. upto 30th September, 2000.
