Aditya International Limited, was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the companies Act, 1956 on 1st March, 1990 with Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Bombay, subsequently converted to limited company on 28th February, 1995 by passing Special Resolution in the Annual General Meeting. Since the date of incorporation the company has been actively involved in exporting a wide range of high value specialised textiles, readymades and cotton made ups to a host of European countries and U.S.A. Exports and Profits for the period ended 31st March, 1995 increased 198.93% and 130.73%, respectively compared to the previous year. The company imports high value silk yarn mainly from China and after due processing and styling, the finished garments are exported. Products:
