State Bank of India has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 11, 2010 to June 16, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of dividend, if any, to be considered at Bank's Central Board's Meeting scheduled to be held on May 14, 2010 & 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the of the Bank will be held on June 16, 2010.
