HDFC - Allotment of shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs
Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Corporation on May 10, 2010, allotted 8,49,933 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 288,95,03,220.00 consisting 28,89,50,322 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
