GVK Power - New Wholly Owned Subsidiary

GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has acquired the entire equity share capital of GVK Transportation Pvt. Ltd. on May 10, 2010. As a result, GVK Transportation Pvt. Ltd. has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
