With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 29, 2010 regarding FY 10 results on May 26, 2010, Lanco Infratech Ltd has now informed BSE that, owing to unavoidable reasons, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on May 26, 2010 is re-scheduled to be held on May 30, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2010.
