Orbit Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2010, inter alia, have has recommend final dividend of Re. 1.50 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2010, has recommended subject to the approval of the shareholders issue of bonus shares in the ratio of one new equity share of Rs. 10/- fully paid up for every one existing equity shares of the Company and also Record date to be determined by the Board.

Further, the Board recommended an increase in authorized share capital from Rs. 100 crores to Rs. 200 crores
