With reference to the earlier announcements regarding the date of the Board Meeting to be held for the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2010 & to consider Interim Dividend on May 14, 2010, Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has now informed BSE that the said Board Meeting will now be held on May 15, 2010.
